About Us

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Georgia with over 10 years of experience in the mental health field. This includes a comprehensive background in diagnosing and assessment, community mental health, and life skills counseling. In entering this field, I understood the need for healing on both a mental and physical level but felt that something was missing. In being a community mental health clinician, this was not only solidified for me, but also allowed me to see the need for healing on a spiritual level, as many clients would incorporate their spirituality in their healing. 

In order to facilitate healing within the mind, body, and spirit, I utilize an integrative approach which allows me to act as a sympathetic guide to help clients navigate complex and stressful situations and to discover their path to healing. This approach includes Brainspotting, person centered, cognitive behavioral, and solution focused therapies to help clients resolve personal issues and achieve life goals.

I also focus on holistic healing. Since learning and practicing the ancient healing technique of Reiki, it has fostered and strengthened my relationship with Spirit, and has allowed me to be more cognizant of what is needed to maintain a balance of the mind, body, and spirit. And as I have found my continued purpose as a healer, I want to introduce and facilitate this healing practice and continue to use a holistic approach that addresses just that... the mind, body, and spirit.
