Our Practice
Our experience has allowed us to understand that it is through true authenticity, which includes spiritual beliefs, can one truly heal. This understanding is what has enabled us to offer African and Holistic centered modalities in our individualized mental health care, coaching, and Reiki services. Our therapists treat a number of mental health disorders and life issues from this lens while our coaches assist in gaining the tools and motivation needed to live a healthy and productive life.
Our Treatment Focus
Our focus is to assist Black women and men of the Africa diaspora in healing, energizing, and becoming aware of your inner strengths, while rediscovering who you are and the power you posses in creating your own empowered narrative. We achieve this by providing a safe space, free of code switching, so that you can be your authentic self as we hold space for your concerns.
